I just had my last interview and haven't heard back from them in almost 2 weeks; they told me I'll hear back from them last week either way but still have not. Is it the same for you?

I emailed them this Tuesday to ask if there's been an update and it turns out that they emailed me last week Thursday but it didn't come through to me. I got a call back a few hours later and was told I got the job!

Maybe you didn't receive your email like me? Try emailing them Monday morning so that your email is one of the first ones they see, and hopefully they'll get back to you on the same day.

If it's the group assessment, then I suggest looking into their website and trying to remember all the services they provide (if that's what they told you). The question will probably be based around that. They'll give you time (to work together if you want) to plan before presenting the answer.

The best advice I can give you is to do your research and have some notes on the day, and to put yourself out there. Working with the other applicants and encouraging them will also show them that you're a team player.

Of course, this all depends on what task they give you, but I wish you all the best nonetheless.
