You can have any, depends on what you like. Personally I prefer whipped, but Ive seen people eating it with single.

Whipped I believe.

M&S do a nice champagne flavoured whipped cream but it's v. expensive. Regular aerosol stuff is alright, so long as it's unsweetened. Or you could buy whipping cream in a carton and whip it yourself.

I like double cream that is then whipped so it is nice and thick. Single is far too runny for me. Ice cream is good too :biggrin:

As PQ says, clotted cream is really the best!! You have to have clotted cream and strawberries together!

Elmlea isn't cream. It's an "alternative" to cream, and in many places it's listed as a "cream substitute".

Despite this, it tastes almost identical to real cream.

Anything...whatever appeals to your taste, really.
I'm personally not a great fan of whipped cream with strawberries. My favourite is strawberries with double cream and a few scoops of whatever icecream we've got in the freezer :biggrin:
