Midwifery at Leeds
I'll be applying for midwifery courses at uni this autumn for 2015 start, and I'm just trying to narrow down my choices. I really like the look of Leeds and will be going to the open day in June, but I was wondering if anyone already does the Midwifery course there and could give me some real-life info on what it's like to be a student there. Is the teaching standard high? What are the placements like? Are the learning facilities (eg libraries, study areas, classrooms) good? Is the transport to and from placement okay or will I need a car?
