No, like I could introduce myself and say hello and goodbye etc
I know fair few random words and phrases through training and all the bowing in and out speeches.

I know nothing of this 8th gate, sorry :P

I had just moved to Germany (where I still live) from London and a week later I was at the train station on the way to work.
Then a very handsome German guy came up to me, started talking in German, I apologised and said I didn't speak the language, he switched to English and we've been dating for 5 months now.
