Could a pending extra referee be the reason?
Hi!
The thing is that I have an extra referee, but he never completed the reference. I understood that the programme I applied for is not very famous and it takes about one to two weeks to notify the applicant of the results. It has been more than a week already. Could they be waiting for the submission of my extra referee before sending offer/rejection? Should I contact them?
