Difference between SFE, LEA amd SLC

Are they all linked? I know SFE is student finance england which is a loan company

SLC is Student Loans Company. They are basically the 'Head Office' of Student Loans.

Then, within that company, you have Student Finance England (SFE), SAAS (Scotland), SFW (Wales), SFNI (Northern Ireland). Each just deals with the applications from the individual 'countries' within the UK.

The LEA is the Local Education Authority - they are a part of your local council, and used to deal with applications etc. They don't anymore.
