I paid someone via paypal yesterday, it was £8. I had £5 in my paypal account and it said £3 will come from my bank account, but no money has come out of it yet, even though the other person has accepted the transfer etc. Have I done something wrong?

Wait 3 days, the bank cycles sometimes do not take the money immediately.

It can take up to 7 days. Sure the other person has definatly received the money and its not an e-cheque?

I think that if you have a confirmed bank account and also a credit or debit card listed than paypal will transfer the money straight away to the person you are sending the money to and then the money will come out of your bank account within 3-5 working days.
