Housemate wanted - 1 room available in 4 bed house

We are looking for a housemate to join us, as unfortunately someone had to drop out. We are three female postgraduate students at Lancaster University, two Masters students in Social Work and one PhD student based within the Environment Centre.The property is a spacious four bed property in the Bowerham area, and all beds are either three quarter/doubles. We do enjoy the occasional night out, and are a friendly bunch. Ideally, we'd like to live with another postgrad student. The property is located close to shops such as Spar, Butchers, Post Office and bus stop to Uni/City Centre. There is on-street parking. Bills included are Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband & TV License. Rent is £85 per week from 1st September for 12 months, and there is no deposit to be paid but instead an advance of two weeks rent (£170).
