If you wanted to become a French lawyer (with only an AS in French, so unable to do one of the maitrise/llb degrees although continuing with a French language course at uni) what would be the procedure for the below?

With an English Law degree?
With a European Law degree?
With a Law and French Law degree?
With a non law degree?

im guessing either:

English Law degree + LPC + some kind of conversion course to french law

or

English Law degree + French equivalent of LPC

or

Non Law Degree + CPE + LPC and/or French LPC equivalent.

Those are just guesses though :p:

I seem to keep posting a link to this section! Take a look at: http://www.lawsociety.org.uk/professional/practisinginother.law

So all you need to do is qualify as a solicitor then take an aptitude test? Seems a little too easy:redface:
