For an A, I'm guessing 60-64ish, and for an A*, I'm guessing 82-84ish! Hopefully that's of use

That's great, thank you!

Seeing at that it looks like I did fine and am within the A* boundary. Few! I was so worried about the paper as I thought I had cocked up a few times. If anyone's interested, school sent us a list of topics that weren't in that paper so I can post them if you want them.
what is the a* boundary?

It's not, it's always been 79-85
Looking at the solutions I reckon I got 55-60 in the first and 70-75 in the second, which hopefully should put me above 65% for an A.

For the inequality one I put m>9. I'm guessing I've lost marks?

You need m<-9 as well

I heard somewhere that 164/200 is the highest they can make the grade boundary for an A*, if that's correct then that will be an A*

I think I got 83 on one of the papers and 85 on the other, what do you think are my chances of getting an A* ?

I'm quite confident about the maths papers but I'm still nervous (especially with the added nerves from the other subjects) ><

The link to the edexcel igcse grade boundaries is on tsr, there is a link to it from the home page, but here it is:

http://pastpapers.edexcel.com/content/dam/pdf/Support/Grade-boundaries/International-GCSE/1406_International_GCSE_Grade_Boundaries.pdf

and its 80 for an A* for maths 3H and 4H ;-)
