I sometimes over-think things. I have a tendency to believe there's a reason to everything, and I only learnt in the last year or so that sometimes people do things just because, there doesn't necessarily have to be a reason behind it. I hardly ever act on the over-thinking, so unless their quite perceptive people don't tend to notice it, but I've learnt how to dial it back for my sake
