Applying for a job/volunteering help

I want to apply for a part time job this summer and maybe carry on throughout the year. I'm confused about writing the CV. I have only ever had 2 work experience, one in year 10 at a primary school and one last year at UCH and I have no way of getting a reference from them because they probably don't remember.

If anyone has a template or anything that would be helpful

CV is basically where you input your details (name, email, contact number etc), followed by a personal statement (where you describe yourself and your skills, what you want to do in life), then your work experience/employment. Then education and then interests and hobbies :smile:
