Can clearing offers be conditional?

Hi!

My question is simple; Can clearing offers be conditional? I just got accepted to a University in London, and I'm afraid its a conditional offer.

In my UCAS track it says:

"Congratulations! Your place at University of ******** to study Business Management is now confirmed."

(Clearing Accept)"

PS: I'm an international student.

Where does it say it's a conditional offer? In any case, if you already have your exam results, all they will want is to see proof of your grades before making it unconditional.
