Engagement rings=fancy, wedding rings=bland?
I don't understand why engagement rings are fancy but wedding rings are bland... I thought wedding rings were fancy too...

I have a fancy engagement ring and for when I get married, I wont be going for a plain wedding band. The most plain I would go is an Elvish Lord of the Rings band but I would probably go for something with some colour in it.
I think it all just comes down to preference and tradition but there's no set rules that your wedding ring has to be a boring, plain band.
