I'm really worried!!

So... It's not really a shocker that I'm worried for results day because most people are, however, I don't do well in examination conditions... Not everyone does... I literally just crumble.
I tried really hard before and during my exams in order to try and achieve as much as I could, even though I knew it wouldn't be much.
I've applied to universities that have low entry requirements, however, I'm really worried incase I have done catastrophically bad in my exams and I get rejected from my first and second choice (After sending my offer, my insurance choice upped the offer by 60 points... )
I just need some help/confidence booster/ suggestions for what I can do should I have (God forbid) performed poorly...

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
