Scotland probably would get into NATO provided it spent 2% GDP given that England will have nukes.

With that being said Scotland could play us here given that they don't need NATO. If enemy troops set one foot in Scotland there's not a chance in hell that England would sit back and wait for them to cross the border whether Scotland gave them permission or not.

Unless its England doing the invading, and not the first time.
