Auto-Login? How does it work?

I've been invited to interview and got an email asking me to reserve a place via "Auto-Login". Contrary to the name, it doesn't seem to be automatically logging me in to anything, it's asking me for a username and password. I've tried the UCAS ID and password and Southampton Student ID and UCAS password but neither of them work. Does anyone know what I should do? There are no instructions in the email.
