How do I stop 'blue balls'?

I got with this guy I met in a club last night and we had sex again this morning, but I left and went home before I finished. I've got what I think is called 'blue balls' and it is KILLING me! It hurts so much, I can't move.

How do you stop this? I've never had it before but it's been 3 hours, and I was hoping it would just stop on its own.

the article says the pain only lasts up to an hour... but it's been several hours.

I left early so I could get home and not have my parents be worried. We'd been having sex for ages. Coming really isn't important to me - but I've now realised that if I don't, I may suffer consequences :frown:
