Help!! Boohoo.com overcharged me/not refunding me!!!

Have you looked at your bank account? Does that say that they took the full amount or the discounted amount in the first place? You should ring their customer service and tell them what has happened
Something similar happened with me once, I Facebook messaged them and within a few hours I was fully refunded

***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*** You are guaranteed to lose money in one way or another. I ordered 3 items from Boohoo. I kept one item and returned the other 2 items on August 1st, 2016 with the return label they placed in the package. The return label has a BARCODE on it, yet this awful company doesn't use the BARCODE for tracking purposes. The package has not reached them as of today...Sept. 22nd. I have emailed them several times about my $36.00 refund and they asked me to send them a photo copy of the label THEY SENT ME! Does that make any sense! Other PROFESSIONAL companies are able to track your return package with the return label they gave the customer...instead of asking the customer to send them a photo copy of the label. I have returned tons of items in my life thus far, and I have never had to take a photo copy of the return label that the company sent me. I could understand if I went to UPS or Fedex and shipped it at my own expense and received a tracking number...but they gave me the return label with the tracking bar code. ****IF YOU DEAL WITH BOOHOO.COM, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!****

I've shopped on boohoo since they opened and have never had a problem. Ive probably made over 40 orders, always returning things and getting refunded the next week. They also have really good customer service, and reliable stock count unlike missguided.

Same. They've always been fab, a few times it didn't come next day when I paid for it and they paid me the delivery charge back etc
