Update profile option after logon to student finance England is not working.
Tried many times updating address, each time an error occurs, saying: EXception Error - please try again later. Sorry, we have encountered a problem with your online application. This might be a temporary problem with our computer system. Please log out and come back later. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience

Which internet browser are you using? Some browsers are not very compatible with our online services, when this happens all we can really suggest is to try a different browser, or call us on 0300 100 0607 where an adviser can change this for you.

If you are entering a non UK address the system will not accept this.
