In your opinion, how long for revision?

Just wanted an insight, if doing four revision heavy subjects, when do you think AS revision should begin? (How many months before)

Enough time to cover all of the material in sufficient detail without having to rush, leaving for time for past paper questions etc.
If you have kept up to date and made an effort to understand the topics throughout the year, then 1-2 months of solid revision would do you fine.
