Given hours I'm unable to work
I have been working at allsaints for 2 months now, knowing that I would have to work either boxing day or new years. However can my manager give me hours on a day, without a real occasion and that I have never worked? I told him I can't work those hours and he said that I would have to find someone to fill in, which surely is unfair?

They can do it with bank holiday hours (give you different one than what you normally work) as it depends on trading needs.
