Biomedical science help

Hi, I love the look of the biomedical science course. However, I feel I would not want to work in the NHS lab, is there any career paths in medical sales and would this degree be useful in that respect. Also, I have been doing some research in regenerative medicine and really feel I would enjoy a career down this path, does this course a equip me with the knowledge and skills for that direction. Also any other career prospects( apart from NHS) from this degree? Lastly what is the salary like in some of the careers you can go down, is there always career development in this sector???

There is So much you can do! Research, PHD etc but if you are interested in medicine you can do a medicine degree after your biomed degree or even transfer after the first year in some unis
