Cycled to work and back every week day except one. 7x9=63 miles cycled. Did a track session last Thursday (6x800m) 4.45 miles total. Ran a 10K race on Sunday came 12th/172 in 41:26 - killer hill at the end. run with my flatmate on Monday and a XC hill session on Tuesday.

Run: 502.3 miles
Bike: 2368.2 miles
Swim: 58.06 miles
Raced twice at the weekend. Cross country was a pretty dry and technical course. I ran the 6 mile course in 45 mins 32. Stupidly tried to do the final summer 5K that evening and finished in 20:07. I started my sprint slightly too early and was feeling like I was going to be sick on the final straight. Cycled to uni and back twice so far this week and plan to go on a bigger bike ride today.

7 new return trips to uni + 39.9 mile ride with friend, flat, av 15.7mph, 44.6 miles averaging 17mph with cycling club in a pack. 1.9 miles of XC hill reps, 1.9km of pool swimming, 8.2 mile run at an 8:30 pace a 3.1 mile and 3.6 mile run on Saturday and today a 30 mile solo ride av 19mph followed by a 10.6 mile run at 8:43 pace.

Run: 538.8 miles
Bike: 2546.7 miles
Swim: 59.24 miles
Did a 4.7 mile tempo run (7:10 pace), parkrun (3.1 miles in 19:20) and a 6 mile XC race at 7:02 pace. About 2.2K of swimming overall. 6 return trips to campus and a 29.6 mile ride today.

Swim: 60.61 miles
