I've made no friends at uni so far
I've tried, I really have... Since the start of the academic year, I've tried to befriend the girls at my dorm, but none of us really had anything in common, and after 1 week they all seemed to have their own friend groups made up. I can't find anyone with the same interests as me at all, and i'm getting so tired of trying and being alone all the time. I just want someone to hang out with and talk
That sounds really tough. It's frustrating when you feel out the loop. Have you tried looking at student unions and student groups?
I know it's not the same as clicking with the people you live with. But hopefully if you move to other accommodation in the following years, you'll be able to live with other people who share similar interests to you.
