Spent an hour in the gym then went swimming.

Bleep test this evening with a friend. Gave up at 10.4 because I was going to be late for a table tennis match otherwise.

Swam this morning.

20 lengths of warm up and drills then sets of 3 sets of (5x100m with reducing rests) starting on progressively shorter turnaround times. Then kicked hard for a length 2 slow and another fast kick and cooled down with 2 sets of one length back, drill, breast.

Total 90 lengths today.

Cycled to town. Ran a 10.1K cross country race, in 42:18. Then cycled to town and back.

Cycled back from town then to town. Ran a 10K race and cycled back.

My 10K went really well. Very fast and flat finished in 38:23, a PB that's over 7 minute's my previous one set almost 2 years ago. :tongue:
