it is.....

Islam states that a girl can be had sex with as soon as she has reached puberty. This can be as young as nine for some...

This might help you understand.

True and this a person who has been invited to speak and has the same right to free speech as everyone else.

Actually he does not as his hate speech infringes on other people's rights.

Yes and none of us have the right to say what he is saying...

No one has the right not to be offended or upset.
There is immediate threat from his speech not matter how upsetting it may be.

True but no one has the right to incite hatred such as the speaker has done in the past.

Hate speech is a crime.

Hate preachers own themselves and any such restriction of their ability to speak is violation of this. Hate speech does not constitute sufficient harm or disregard to property like murder and theft does.

Something being a crime does not necessary imply that is just to use coercion or force to prevent it.

Selling illegal drugs is a crime but it is not just that people are punished for it. Both the buyer and the selling are free willing adults who voluntary agree to deal.

Selling illegal drugs is a crime but it is not just that people are punished for it as there are people that voluntarily wish to purchase drugs.

Hate speech is still a crime. Sure it is not as bad as theft or murder but it is still a crime and should still be prevented from occurring, especially on university campuses. Even more so at the University of Westminster which now has allegations of Islamic radicalisation within the ISOC.

Are you honestly trying to justify hate speech?

Like I said hate speech isn't sufficient harm and even rights for nasty individuals must be protected. You can't just apply to some people are not others.

One often mistaking fact about free speech is that is also about the listener.
By banning speech you don't like you rob the opportunity for people to make their own minds up about it.
Perhaps you think Muslims aren't about to handle ideas like this without carrying out violent acts.

Yes it does....

No it doesn't. Ie the laws against it are unjust and should be abolished.
The laws that imprison people who sell and buy drugs (where no violence is involved) are unjust.

Blasphemy used be a crime. Was it fine to throw blasphemers in jail?
Promoting homosexuality also against the law.

Actually it is sufficient.

There is no place in this world for hate speech. End of.

We should.

What rights are those?

The right to be free from discrimination.

The right to be free from fear.

It is, that's why its a universal practice in countries with majority Islam.

1) "majority Islam" are you going to say "muslimic laws" next...... Clearly if you can't distinguish the differnce between Islam and Muslim's than you no nothing about this so called "practice".

2) You'll find that almost all Muslim countries have an age of consent that is many which are higher than some european countries......

3) If a muslim drinks, does it mean Islam allows drinking.

Age of consent and marriageable age are 2 very different things.

And doesn't Islam make no distinctions between religion and individuality? We are all born Muslims right, just some of us follow it while others don't.
