Hi. I'm 16 years and 4 months. I'm 5 9'. My dad is 5 10'. I've started going gym. And I only lift14 kg for biceps and triceps. And 24 kg for chest. Is weight lifting going to stunt my height growth and if not then when does my height stops growing completely. I'll be happy to grow 2 more inches and be 5 11'. Thank for the help guys.
