i think its a load of CRAP that we as students living in uni halls have to pay a tvl for each ROOM in the flat , if you had to pay one like u do for each home that would be ok but do u think 6 people in ONE flat should have to pay 130 each or whatvr!!!!! bull. times by the number of flats in each hall (say 400) the money they would be getting is stupid.
does anyone no anyone that has actually recieved a fine? for having a tv without licience
