Do guys actually like girls approaching them first?

And how would you want a girl to approach you?
I'm not the one to really approach girls since I enjoy my time with my friends more. However, if by coincidence we start talking after, say asking me for a lighter, then I'll get to talking. I don't mind when girls approach me either, all it takes is a simple "Hi, can I get your name?" and I'll be all smiles. However, if there is a girl that I find attractive, I'd tap her on the shoulder and just excuse myself for interrupt whatever she might've been doing and get to talking from there. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Anon because my disrespectful former peers will guess it's me from my username.

I wouldn't mind it because I've met quite a few really nice girls I like at uni and if any of them wanted to approach me I wouldn't mind.

The perfect woman always initiates sex.
I like it too. Displays confidence, and conversation is what I go out for:smile: it's a shame the standard on nights out is 'man must approach woman' and sometimes buy her loads of drinks. I hope this changes personally
