Nothing wrong with it at all. I wear concealer to cover dark spots if I have a pimple, cause I scar pretty quick due to my tanned skin tone. I wore eye liner once. And I know a few guys who do it too.
But do what makes you happy and feels secure in your skin. Confidence is key.
