Contract Law

Hi all, need a little help please as this gets confusing,

If a store (in an advert in the paper) has offered to sell an item at a very reduced rate if you spend X amount in the store are they bound to sell that item, even if when you arrive at the store, they tell you that the cost of the reduced item in the advert was a mistake and it should have been a higher price? The item would cost about £700 but the advert said £20 and the store said that it was meant to be £200 and their employee had given the wrong information to the newspaper.

Is this an offer or invitation to treat as there has been a promise for an act which could constitute a unilateral contract.
Thank you very much :-)
