So I have basically completed my student finance application for next year however I was wondering if both parents need to fill out the household income forms?

Yes they both live together with me.

If both parents live in your household, you need to provide details of both of their incomes. There should be space on the relevant form to fill in the details of both incomes, and both people need to sign the form, so you only need to fill in one form.
