Scottish student resitting one module

So I'm a Scottish student that had some ****ty situation and will probably have to resit a single module next year. I'm in my 3rd year and aware that SAAS authorise an additional year of tuition fees however will I receive my student loans as well?

So long as you haven't had to resit a year previously, yes.

So even though I'm resitting a single module I'm still classed as a full time student for the whole academic year?

No, you would be classed as attending for part of the year, but it still counts as using up your gift year.
