Quitting minimum wage Job without three months notice.

Basically Ive been working part time for the past month and I hate my job. It is absolutely the worst place Ive ever been to. The managers and supervisors treat you like a slave and belittle and abuse you. I honestly can deal with it anymore its starting to get to a stage where I feel like I might end up punching someone if I even work there a day longer. I dont really need the job either not even as a reference I go to a decent University and do a decent degree I intended for it to just be part time job.

Basically I want to quit like right now but I get paid like next week and Im worried if I just quit with no notice they might withhold my pay. Are they legally allowed to do that? My contract said that I had a three months notice period.

By failing to work your notice means that you are breaching your end of the contract so they can withhold pay however I can't be fully certain of how legal it can be.

Most well known employers will however pay.
