Not enough points for adjustment?

So I have received 160 Ucas points from a level 3 diploma in fashion retail- this was the highest possible. This means that I have exceeded the conditions of my conditional firm choice which was 120 points. I want to apply to mmu for fashion buying and merchandising through adjustment, the only trouble is I need 180 points for this course. Is there any chance they will let me in as it's only 20 points short?

I reccomend speaking to the university and explain your situation. By any chance did you do any additional things in college such as Key Skills or did you play any insturments and do a City and Guides exam. These have some UCAS values for like 3-7 points. Have a check and it will say on the certificates how many UCAS points there are.
