China is pleased that diplomacy has seemingly triumphed, and to all those that said it wouldn't - we told you so :p:

serious comment:

The United States is very pleased at this development, and waits for the agreement to be finalised and its contents adheered to. It also hopes that this will lead to similar moves by other nations who have acted similarly to North Korea to this point, specifically the actions of Iran in enriching Uranium.
Russia had just thought of that last point made by the US delegate, and was about to post it. We call on the Islamic Republic of Iran to follow the DPRK in seeing sense and putting its domestic needs ahead of the quest for regional military dominance.

Belgium laudes this move. Let's hope it lasts.

Germany applauds North Korea for its decision. We hope to see the deal successfully culminate to a lasting agreement. Germany furthermore joins other nations in calling Iran to follow suit.
Russia also extends its warmest congratulations to the diplomats from all sides who must have worked their arses off to hammer this out. Posterity will thank you.

Indonesia cautiously welcomes this new development. We are pleased by the prospect of a nuclear-free Asia, especially after hearing that China will cease to conduct ballistic-missile tests in space. We now ask all involved parties to cooperate in ensuring that this deal sticks for the better of mankind.
Peru welcomes this decision and hopes other nations will follow this example
Israel is absolutely thrilled at this development. Let's rejoice.

Next...Iran.

I'm personally rather disturbed by this piece of news though. The situation presents a classic conundrum -- damned if you do, damned if you don't. Iran is now going to believe that if she holds out long enough, the world will give into her demands and grant it concessions of sorts.

What concessions have been granted to North Korea which haven't been offered to Iran?

Iran is putting its domestic needs first, the electricity produced from our nuclear program will be of direct benefit to our people.
Pakistan congratulates North Korea on the move. This will go a long way towards establishment of peace and stability in the region.

How silly of Russia to forget this. And the aggressive rhetoric coming from your president must simply be because he genuinely thinks that having nuclear power stations will scare the West, da?
serbia is pleased
