Ucs ipwsich athena hall tenancy takeover needed urgently

I urgently need someone to takeover my tenancy agreement for accommodation at Athena Hall for UCS Ipswich due to a change in circumstances, which means I no longer need this accommodation. I really need someone to take over my tenancy as I cannot afford to pay for it when I am not going to be getting student finance as I am no longer going to UCS!

This simply involves a change in name on the contract.

You do not need to pay any money to me. I will contact Athena Hall and organise the tenancy takeover.

The room:
This is for a bronze room with ensuite bathroom in Athena Hall. This is the cheapest type of room. I've been told that there are no more bronze rooms like this available through Fresh Student Living! It is on the outside of the building with outside views.

It is in a 5-person, all-girl, first year student flat with a shared kitchen.

Rent costs £104 for 42 weeks. This includes all bills (e.g. electric) and internet access.

Tenancy runs from: 12th September 2015 to 1st July 2016.
