Student accommodation Ipswich - looking for replacement

Hi ,
I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at my student accommodation in Ipswich - Athena halls of residence. It is 2 mins walk to university of Suffolk.

The room is a silver en-suite room and you don’t have to pay me, it will all go through the accommodation team. The bedroom has a small double bed, desks, heater, etc - all amenities needed.
The kitchen is Very big and is currently shared by 3 other flat mates , who are very clean and tidy.

Looking for someone to move in ASAP (available to move in from 11th March ) the rent is very reasonable and the tenancy is from the date you move in until 27th July so will not cost a lot at all. PM for the rent price / to see pictures of the the room and accom.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know is looking for accom on Suffolk / Ipswich as I am moving out due to financial reasons and cannot afford to pay for accom that I am not staying in
