How did you apply for parking permits?
Go on 'Sussex Direct' then go to 'Personal' then go down to 'Transport' and do what it asks. It took me a couple of days for my deets to be accepted, and they say they'll email when the permit is ready to pick up.
A little cheeky charging £198 to park on campus if you ask me..
