mnc A corporation that has its facilities and other assets in at least one country other than its home country. Such companies have offices and/or factories in different countries and usually have a centralized head office where they co-ordinate global management.advantages: 1. Access to Consumers2. Accesses to Labor3. Overall Development4. R&DDisadvantages1. Political Risks2. Money flows3. Loss to Local Businesses 4. Transfer of capital takes place from the home country to the foreign ground which is unfavorable for the economy.
