Can university interupt your studies.
I'm in the 2nd year of my business degree, two weeks ago I was in a serious car accident and as a result have broken my back, awaiting to see specialist obviously haven't been to lectures but have informed my tutors and sending drafts into them. My head of course mentioned to my friend that if I don't start attending they will take it into there own hands and I will have no choice but to interupt my studies to next year.... I wasn't aware they can do this ? I know I can choose to do it but unless I get bad news from the surgeon this week it isn't something I want to do does anyone know where I stand ?
