University of Salford worries!

I am really looking into studying Media Technology at the Salford as it has one of the best reputations for the course and the best location! But will I get the uni life at Salford? Is it really rough? What are the students like there?? What's the general reputation? I'm not too worried about the teaching I hear it is amazing on that course.

Not rough at all, depending on where you'll be staying it's close to town but always a pain having to pay for the bus during the day and the taxi coming back from nights out as nothing happens in Salford. It's full of ****ing weirdos (but then again all unis will be cause everyone goes to uni) and generic people with no particular interest at all. If you like getting ****ed and listening to rubbish commercial music in big clubs you'll fit right in :smile:
