Pre uni intern options

Hi!

Almost on my way back to the U.K. After spending an amazing year in Australia! Was hoping for some help and advice on pre uni internships.

I am looking to eventually study in Germany, where it is a requirement to have a work placement. However I am looking to do this for a longer than normal period (6-8 months).

I am interested in gaining experience in a real life work place, a smile environment that I may work in post uni but am finding this difficult to search!
I am interested in the following fields; graphic design, interior design, photography, image dada processing, marketing and advertising.

A little bit about myself; I'm 19, and completed my Alevels in 2014.
