anyone does IT TECHNICAN/ITSUPPORT
hi guys so i just wondering what do you need to be an IT technian/IT support i know you need comptia a+ certificate is that it.
what are the requirements to get into that role
if you are an IT techian or IT support please advise what the first step i should take. to i need to go to uni?
am doing level 3 diploma yr 1

I did IT support for a bit. No special qualifications, just A Levels and a bit of previous work experience.
Google it...
Theres no standard requirement these jobs usually want you to have knowledge but obviously certificates will get your cv a look at so I'd say something like CompTIA would be good enough.

No uni required, experience is valued far more. Even if it's just supporting friends/family.
