What does it mean?

Just a way of saying 'Salaam my dear' (friendly way)
'Salaam my love' (relationship way)
Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters, just wanted to know your thoughts on fasting during important exam season. Essentially, ramadan this year is during arguable the most important period of my life so far, these exams will determine the rest of my life (to an extent, also I know it's temporary). So yeah, just interested to read some of your views...

Wasalam.

Afaik exams is not a valid reason to miss fasting.
Just have a good/heavy sehri and drink lots of water.

Best of luck on your exams

Lol no, i fast regardless, i had 3 a level exams (the hardest ones too) all on the same day at the very start of ramadan when it was the hardest and i fasted. The only time i didnt fast a day was when i accidentally stabbed my self causing heavy blood loss.
Al Kafi - 2017–9. ‘Alī ibn Ibrãhīm (–) his father (–) Ibn Abī ‘Umayr (–) Hishãm ibn Sãlim that Abū ‘Abdillãh (‘a.s) said:
"A man came to the Messenger of Allãh (s.a.w) and said: 'O Messenger of Allãh, to whom should I be dutiful?' He [s.a.w] said: 'To your mother.' He said: 'Then to whom?' He [s.a.w.] said: 'To your mother.' He said: 'Then to whom?' He [s.a.w] said: 'To your mother.' The man said: 'Then to whom?' He [s.a.w] said: 'To your father.' "
Hasan like Saheeh - mirat-al-uluq

"We have enjoined on man kindness to his parents; in pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth" (46:15).

Salam jaanam, how are you feeling now?

Wa alaykum salaam

You know that feeling of genuine appreciation and gratefulness and content when you internalize "alhamdulillah". That.

How are you?

How's everyone else?
