Oh dear - yawn. I was responding to the comment about those perusing non monetary goals not being smart. Yes, money is an enabler but shouldn't be a goal in itself. What's the point in having more stuff than someone else?

As for your assertion that we would be in a total mess. Yes - to a point, but Russia got by ok for a while when the USSR folded. People manage. Life goes on. It is what happens.
