Ask. It's not too late to enter you but they may make you pay a late fee if you have missed your school's deadline, even though it's before exam board main entry deadline. It is possible to enter for exams right up to the day of the exam itself, it just gets very expensive.

The universal JCQ deadline is the 21st February. You are not late.
