When I have sex with my girlfriend, I need to be ready for round 2 as quickly as possible.

What's the rush? Seriously?

How long it is varies between men, and over the course of their lives. I don't think there is anything that will shorten it for all men.

Having said that, if I don't come inside someone, I will often keep an erection.

Getting the other person to lick/tickle your balls with their tongue keeps some guys hard and up for Round 2 sometimes. Worth a try if you can't just chill for a while between rounds😎
