EdExcel Religious Studies Unit 1 Exam Question

What did anyone put for the D question (specifically, reasons why religions wouldn't work for racial harmony) for Community Cohesion Section 1?

I think I put something about the government, but I couldn't come up with a decent response for the life of me!

- God doesn't care about race. Ev: "God does not show favouritism, but accepts men from every nation"
- christians should love everyone. Ev: "love thy neighbour"
- in God's eyes everyone is equal Ev: "God created man in his own image"

- could lead to race riots e.g. Brixton race riots
- could lead to prejudice (I panicked and used To Kill A Mockingbird as evidence!)
- many races do not believe in christianity e.g. many Indians are Hindus.

most of it is BS but I'm pretty sure that's what RS is about!
